Jeff holds 9 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience with top tier firms. Before joining Challenger, Jeff most recently served in Citi’s investment banking group located in Dallas, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financings, and other financial advisory services for both public and private companies. Prior to joining Citi in 2004, Jeff was an investment banking associate at Merrill Lynch in New York, as a member of the consumer, retail and industrials coverage group. While there, he provided financial and advisory services for public and private companies, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and debt financings. Jeff, a certified public accountant, has also served as an international tax consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has successfully completed two exams toward the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Jeff has a master of business administration degree in finance from The University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business, and graduated with honors from The University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. |
