Jeff comes to Nakina Systems with 20 years of experience in the technology industry and a proven track record of management and leadership skills in his various roles. During this time he has led or participated in transactions valued in aggregate at over $1 billion. Most recently, Jeff served as CFO of Neterion Inc. (the industry leader in 10 Gigabit Ethernet adapters for server and storage environments), and as a consultant to a number of start up companies. During his tenure at Neterion, and in his other consulting engagements, Jeff was directly responsible for financings led by venture capital companies in Canada and the United States. Prior to this, Jeff served as Senior Vice President and CFO at JetForm Corporation (now part of Adobe Systems), and was instrumental in various acquisitions and 3 public financings raising over $100 million. During Jeff’s tenure at JetForm, revenues rose from $12 million per year to over $100 million. Jeff is a graduate of Queen’s University and is a Chartered Accountant. |
