Jeff Markowitz, Partner at Howard Fischer Associates International, leads the day to day operations of our Silicon Valley office and focuses on senior level executive searches within all areas of HFA's expertise. His searches include venture-funded start-ups with the top venture firms in the world. He also works closely with established growth companies such as Flextronics and Adobe Systems. With a background in a Big Five accounting firm, Jeff's extensive experience - in both large and small companies - provides a unique perspective to his clients’ organizations.
Prior to joining HFA, Jeff was a Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Philadelphia managing the relationship with that office's most prominent client, Comcast Corporation. During his tenure with D&T, Jeff gained valuable experience cultivating client relationships. Additionally, his background with executive management in various companies has enabled him to understand how businesses operate, as well as how to assess their unique needs. Jeff is also experienced and trained in various leadership programs, which enhances his ability to deal most effectively with clients and candidates.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in College Park. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of California. |
