Mr. Mandell is a market-driven general manager with over 15 years convergence technology experience (Wireless, Internet, Computer/CE and Digital Imaging) in Fortune 500 and startup environments. His roles have included VP Marketing (Americas) for Ericsson on the $2 billion consumer mobile phone business, President & General Manager, Internet Services Division, of Arcsoft, a leading application software company in Silicon Valley where he also served on the BOD. While there, he established operations in Japan, Asia, Europe and the United States, achieved world class customer wins including Nokia, Epson, Panasonic, and Nikon, and led the company to become the #1 global provider of web-based photo-imaging services. In the early 1990’s he was Director, Multimedia Products at Epson, where he established and led a business unit consisting of Digital Cameras, Scanners and Multimedia Projectors that grew from $10 to $200 million over 3 years. |
