Jeff Loehr is vice president of human resources at Wind River. In this role Loehr focuses on driving leading-edge human resources programs worldwide. He works with the management team to ensure Wind River recruits develops and retains the best and brightest in the industry.
Loehr worked most recently at Mercury Interactive where he was responsible for global human resources employee services real estate and facilities. He has more than 20 years of human resources experience primarily in the software industry focused on building worldwide organizations.
Prior to Mercury Interactive he headed up the International Human Resources group at BEA Systems as the company rapidly increased its presence in Europe and Asia. Earlier in his career he held a number of positions at Informix Software where he was responsible for corporate HR and HR systems worldwide. He began his career in the technology industry at Price Waterhouse in the Technology Consulting division.
Loehr holds a master’s degree in counseling with an emphasis in business from the University of Missouri. |
