Jeff Leopold is a Principal with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. For the last twenty years, his career has been focused on the software, telecommunications, and professional services industries. Jeff’s expertise and reputation within the high-tech community enable him to help clients ranging from well established to early stage companies build and restructure teams that can meet continuous competitive challenges. In doing so, he has recruited talent for CEO, CFO, and COO roles as well as for vice presidents heading critical functions. Prior to joining the Boston office of CTPartners, Jeff was a vice president with The Onstott Group, a boutique retained search firm. Earlier in his career, Jeff was a consultant with Deloitte and Touche where he managed projects and developed software applications. He was recruited to Microsoft to help launch the initial version of Microsoft Access. Next, Jeff led the Yankee Group’s Distributed Computing Research Practice and served as vice president of sales. Later, as director of business consulting at Sapient, Jeff assisted some of the most respected brands in the retail and financial services industries to define and integrate Internet-based strategies. Following Sapient, Jeff was a vice president at the venture capital firm Net Ventures, where he was responsible for deal flow generation and due diligence concerning potential investments. Jeff graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a concentration in Management Information Systems and received his MBA from the University of Michigan Business School. With a long-time interest in human capital issues, Jeff was selected during his second year to lead a major study of organizational dynamics, the basis for his understanding of how corporate culture serves as a growth engine for the most successful companies. |
