Mr. Kraatz has over 25 years of management experience in technology communications and Internet business. A seasoned international executive he has pioneered and scaled highly successful Asian operations for a number of US based technology firms.
Prior to joining Keynote Mr. Kraatz was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Caspian Networks. Kraatz also founded and built an Asian focused international sales and marketing consulting accelerator to bridge Asian and US businesses and was CEO of two divergent B2B e-commerce firms. Previously he held a number of senior management positions over a ten-year period with voice messaging leader Octel Communications. At Octel he built successful channel programs ran national account operations and while based in Hong Kong built Octel into a mature market leader in Asia prior to its acquisition by Lucent Technologies in 1997. Earlier in his career Kraatz spent ten years building SPRINT from a start up to significant market provider of network based services and communications solutions. He holds a BA in Economics from University of California at Los Angeles.
