Jeff is a 25 year veteran of the telecommunications industry. Jeff served as the VP of Marketing, eCommerce, with eFusion/ITXC, the world's leading Internet telephony vendor and was responsible for transitioning the business from an equipment model to services model. Prior to eFusion/ITXC, Jeff was Executive Director of NEC Business Network Solutions responsible for design, sale and implementation of advanced communications networks within Healthcare, Education and Government. Jeff pioneered the use of computer telephony integration (CTI) within the healthcare industry and was responsible for double-digit market share growth. Jeff has designed several communications protocols, authored several patent applications, and has received a United States patent for his work in Internet Telephony. Jeff completed his education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Marketing and post-graduate work at Carnegie Mellon University's Graduate School of Industrial Administration. |
