Jeff Gasser is a Senior Consultant with PivotHealth, LLC, a physician practice management company based in Brentwood, Tennessee. Gasser has more than 25 years of diversified experience in healthcare informatics, physician practice management and allied health services. In his role with PivotHealth, Gasser is responsible for providing management and leadership consultation services to PivotHealth clients.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Co-founded D2Hawkeye, Inc., a healthcare informatics firm, where he was responsible for determining customer needs, surveying the competitive environment, developing pricing models, defining key product functionality, managing contract analysis and leading business development Served as Group Vice President with North American Medical Management Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of PhyCor Inc.), where he was responsible for the Independent Practice Association (IPA) activity on the East Coast and Southeast approximately 20 IPAs and 8,000 physicians. Organized and developed Alliance Medical Group Inc., a multi-specialty group practice with nine locations in the Orlando area. At Alliance, Gasser helped increase average revenue per provider by 20% through the introduction of ancillary revenue, fee schedule enhancement and coding improvements.
