Jeffrey N. Frankel joined NorthMarq Capital in January 2007 when NorthMarq acquired Baird & Warner where he was employed since July, 2000. In his position at Baird & Warner, Mr. Frankel has had a direct role in placing over $600,000,000 in debt financings and property sales. Property types have included: apartments, shopping centers (anchored and unanchored), single and multi-story offices, industrial buildings, hotels and freestanding credit buildings. Deal sizes have ranged from $1,000,000 to $53,000,000, with the average being approximately $9,000,000.
Prior to joining Baird & Warner, Mr. Frankel was employed for 4 years by Heitman Financial in their mortgage banking group, and 11 years by Cambridge Realty Capital, Ltd. (a Chicago based mortgage banking group). Mr. Frankel had a direct role in placing over $900,000,000 in debt financings and property sales while employed at these companies. Mr. Frankel’s responsibilities have, and continue to include working with his existing developer base to place new debt financings or property sales and originating contacts with prospective developer and owner clients.
Mr. Frankel is a graduate of Illinois State University where he received a B.S. in Finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Illinois. |
