Over the course of his 20 year career, he has coordinated tax services for twenty public companies, and he has been involved with numerous venture capital transactions and SEC filings. Jeff has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, state and local tax planning, and tax outsourcing engagements. Prior to joining LBMC, Jeff was a tax partner with a national accounting firm.
