Jeff is a Senior Principal running the Boston Office for Howard Fischer Associates International (HFA). Jeff’s search activity focuses on CEO and SVP/VP level searches for emerging technology companies with top tier Venture and Private Equity firms. Areas of expertise include Internet (content, media, mobile and advertising), software (application, infrastructure and network), telecommunications (Wireless, Wireline, Cable) and components (optical and semiconductor.) With a prior background in commercial finance to both large and small companies, Jeff’s extensive experience provides a unique perspective to his client's organizations.
Prior to joining HFA in 2001, Jeff was a Partner with a boutique executive search firm in Boston, Kiradjieff & Goode (K&G), which he joined in 1995. In that role Jeff focused on leading senior level (CEO, COO and EVP/SVP level) searches specifically for clients in the Firm's High Technology, Health Care, and Financial Services practice groups. Prior to K&G, Jeff was a Vice President of Multinational Commercial Lending at Bank Hapoalim, Israel's largest commercial bank. In this capacity, he managed a $220 million corporate loan portfolio and provided national and multinational financing for corporate borrowers across various industries. Earlier, Jeff worked in the Corporate Banking Group of Fleet National Bank where he led the Bank’s relationships with dozens of middle market companies throughout New England providing a wide variety of commercial financings and related services. During his tenure at Fleet and Bank Hapoalim, Jeff gained valuable experience cultivating client relationships that have proved invaluable to his now 12 plus years of success in the search industry.
Jeff’s background enables him to assess each client’s unique leadership needs from a business perspective. He has worked extensively with the executive management of various companies and is experienced and trained in various leadership programs and behavioral based assessment, which enhance his ability to deal effectively with clients and candidates.
