Jeff Mardis, Principal of Donaldson, Holman & West, P.C., specializes in assurance services with the firm. He began his career with the national accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand and joined DH&W in 1996.
As the Principal-in-Charge of the Firm’s Quality Control Program (QCP) overseeing accounting and auditing services, his responsibilities include technical review and compliance with QCP for all financial reporting engagements. The firm’s membership in the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the AICPA requires a peer review of its QCP every three years. Since the firm’s formation in 1990, five peer reviews have been conducted resulting in award of the highest standards (an unqualified report).
Jeff's responsibilities include technical review and compliance for tax and audit related engagements. His industry experience includes healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, real estate development, affordable housing, construction, retirement plans and financial institutions.
