Jeff joined Deluxe in November 2003 as director of organizational effectiveness in human resources. In March 2006 he was promoted to senior vice president human resources. Before joining Deluxe Jeff spent seven years with Personnel Decisions International (PDI) as a senior consultant and vice president for its global products business unit. Previously he held a variety of human resources leadership roles from 1987 to 1997 at Fannie Mae in Washington D.C.
In 1995 Jeff received the National Excellence in Human Resource Development Award for career development. From 1999 to 2003 he was the Board President for City of Lakes Waldorf School in Minneapolis Minnesota.
Jeff received his bachelor of arts degree in psychology in 1985 and his master of education degree in counseling and personnel services in 1991 at the University of Maryland. |
