Jef has been providing training and consulting services in manufacturing, food products, high tech and financial service industries for over 20 years. His primary expertise lies in performance improvement in the administrative, product development and manufacturing environments.
For the past five years Jef has focused on assisting companies in the design, development and implementation of Six Sigma programs. He has extensive experience in the delivery of DMAIC and Design for Six Sigma training to Green Belts, Black Belts and Master Black Belts.
Jef has a unique ability to take the most difficult concepts and deliver them in an understandable manner. His broad experience base enables him to draw on real life examples that connect well with various groups.
Jef also has extensive experience abroad; taking his Six Sigma training and consulting experience to the international divisions of major Fortune 500 companies in England, Sweden, Korea and Mexico.
Prior to becoming a full-time consultant and trainer, he spent four years with RWD Technologies where he was Chief Engineer and Director of Manufacturing Services. Jef has also worked for the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (R&D), where he was the Manager of Technology Transfer, after working for Chrysler Corporation as the Supervisor of Manufacturing Training.
Jef is a certified Manufacturing Engineer (SME) and a Certified Reliability Engineer (ASQ), and has written and presented many papers on training and automation at international conferences. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Central Michigan University. |
