Mr. Elm joined Mezz Cap in December 2003 as Senior Vice President of Production & Marketing, responsible for the mid-west region of the Company’s mortgage banking marketing initiatives and consolidated loan production. Prior to joining Mezz Cap, Mr. Elm was a Regional Director with Wells Fargo’s Commercial Mortgage Group. Based in Austin, Texas, Mr. Elm was responsible for all internal non-recourse, permanent mortgage loan originations on commercial real estate in a five state region. Before joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Elm was a Senior Vice President at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in San Francisco, California, and was responsible for pricing and structuring all of Prudential’s capital markets loan originations in the Western Region. Prior to Prudential, Mr. Elm was a Senior Vice President at NationsBank in Dallas, Texas, where he was responsible for all internal capital markets loan production in the West and Southwest Regions. Mr. Elm has also been employed as a senior executive with Merrill Lynch Mortgage Capital and Realty Capital Partners. Mr. Elm has been in the commercial real estate finance arena in various capacities since 1984, and has been responsible for the completion of over $5 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
