Jedd Fisch (pronounced Fish) entered his 3rd season as a Raven, having had his duties expanded to assistant wide receivers/quarterbacks coach last season...Jedd will assist Mike Johnson (most recently with the Atlanta Falcons) with the WRs and Rick Neuheisel with the QBs, including various aspects of the offensive game preparation.

2004-05: (with Baltimore) 2005: Rookie WR Mark Clayton earned the top 3 rookie receiving-yard days and 4 of the 6 best reception performances in Ravens rookie history...QB Kyle Boller's home record also improved to 13-4 (a winning percentage of .765). 2004: Assisted David Shaw in coaching wide receivers in addition to breaking down video, opponents and developing scouting reports for game preparation.
2001-2003: (with Houston) 2003: Following surgery for an aortic aneurysm at age 26, Fisch held off the field duties and served as the Texans' defensive quality control coach...Assisted coaching the club's LBs, as well as maintaining responsibility for all opponent film breakdown and game analysis. 2002: Served as defensive quality control coach and assistant LBs coach. 2001: Joined the Texans as Dom Capers' 3rd hire behind Chris Palmer (OC) and Dan Riley (head strength and conditioning coach)...Spent that year working with both O/D by assisting in all administrative duties that go along with building an expansion franchise.
1999-2000: (with U. of Florida) Served as a graduate assistant at the University of Florida's College of Health and Human Performance while receiving a master's degree in sports management...Assisted head coach Steve Spurrier and the Gators' coaching staff, as well as the director of football operations during the time they compiled a 19-7 record...Advanced to 2 New Year's Day Bowl Games (Florida Citrus and Sugar, respectively) and won a Southeastern Conference Title.
1998: (with NJ Red Dogs) Coached WRs...Responsible for quality control duties for O/D...Posted a 7-7 record during that time.
PERSONAL: Fisch returned to the field in 2004, after 1 year of off-field duties while recovering from an aortic aneurism surgical procedure in April of 2003...Graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in criminology and law and a master's degree in sports management...During his undergraduate years, Fisch served as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator at P.K. Yonge (Gainesville, FL) HS (1997-98)...Jedd and wife, Amber, and her daughter, Zaylee, live in Baltimore.
