Born October 9, 1959. Chairman, Connecticut Bar Association’s Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section (1998-2000); Vice-Chairman (1996-1998); Executive Committee Member (1991-Present). Appointed in 2001 as the liquidating trustee for the bankruptcy estate of Handy and Harman Refining Group, Inc., one of the world’s largest precious metals refiners and traders.
