After spending nearly two-years with CU in the late 1990's to implement a foundation-funded policy project on pesticide safety, Jeannine rejoined Consumers Union in 2005 to work on telecommunications and media policy issues. Prior to her tenure with CU, Jeannine spent five years on Capitol Hill as an aide to Senator Russ Feingold specializing and food, agriculture, conservation, and telecommunications policy. Before rejoining CU in 2005, Jeannine served as vice president for domestic and public affairs at the National Cooperative Business Association, an advocacy organization representing consumer-owned and other cooperatives.
