Jeannette Kealy commenced her career in Ireland in Financial Services, ultimately working as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and General Manager / Chief Actuary of Prudential Life of Ireland until 1988. Moving to the United States, Jeannette trained and pursued a career in Executive Search, successfully completing many diverse research assignments in a broad range of industries, professional services and institutional sectors.

Joining McEvoy Associates -- Signium International in 1996, Jeannette is currently Director of the company's dedicated research function. In 1998 she achieved a distinction in Personnel Management at the National College of Ireland. She is currently a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in Ireland and the UK's Executive Research Association.
