Jean Pisano joined the firm in 1998 and is a member of the firm's transactional department. Ms. Pisano has experience with real property acquisitions and sales, financing and leasing, including the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of office, commercial, multifamily housing, undeveloped land, low and moderate income housing projects, and mixed use projects. Her areas of practice include partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies and general business transactions.
