Jeanne Hentges is the Customer Care Manager for TIE Commerce and is responsible for all customer contacts. She joins TIE with over 20 years of Call Center Management experience that encompass both sales and service.
Prior to joining TIE, she served as the Director of Contact Centers and Central Station for the Cooperative Response Center, a company providing after-hours and overflow services to rural electric cooperatives nationwide. Jeanne has provided customer service leadership to a variety of businesses, both large and small, and has a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations. |
