Jeanne Beacham, president: Jeanne Beacham joined Gel-Pak in 1994 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In December 1997, she led a management buyout of Gel-Pak. Delphon Industries, LLC was formed in order to provide a platform for future growth and acquisitions. In July of 2000 the company acquired Silicon Packaging Technology of San Diego - creating Quik-Pak. In January 2006, the company acquired TouchMark of Hayward, CA. Gel-Pak, Quik-Pak and TouchMark now operate as divisions of Delphon Industries. Before joining Gel-Pak, Ms. Beacham was the marketing manager at Tencor Instruments and spent 10 years at IBM in Essex Junction, VT in a variety of engineering and management positions. Jeanne is a member of the Sales and Marketing Executive Council of SEMI, is an advisory board member for the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University and was recently appointed to the Joint Advisory Board of the Kellogg School of Management's Master of Management and Manufacturing Program. Jeanne received her BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University. She serves on the board of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and is an active member of NAM (National Association of Manufacturers). She is also a founding member of SWAN (Semiconductor Women's Alliance Network), and a member of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. |
