Jeanne returned to Aiken, South Carolina, in 2005 after living in Georgia for 15 years. She received her BS degree in Education and worked for 3 years as HR Administrator for Oxford Industries in Vidalia, Georgia. Jeanne was heavily involved in training and development of policies, procedures and OSHA compliance. In 1999, she began teaching Business Communications at Southeastern Technical College. While teaching, she actively participated in the continued growth of technical education and its impact within the community by serving as an accreditation editor of state standards and policies for general and vocational courses. She finished her MS degree in Technical Education and returned to South Carolina to pursue a career in industrial technology and business organization. In joining Southern Recruiters, Jeanne specializes in metalworking, coating and finishing, and automotive vehicles and their components. She handles disciplines to include production supervisors, tool engineers, manufacturing engineers, industrial engineers, welding engineers and Six Sigma leaders. Her finishing expertise includes liquid and powder coating on metal parts, painting on plastic and wood parts, electroplating, vacuum metallizing, UV coating, and anodizing. Jeanne further handles disciplines in the manufacturing of automotive and off road vehicles and their components. She is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), Powder Coating Institute (PCI), the National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF), and the American Welding Society (AWS).
