Jeanine Restivo is Senior Consultant and Relationship Manager at Kowal & Associates. She is involved in managing all aspects of our largest client relationship, and has led a variety of telemarketing, fulfillment and outsourcing projects.
Jeanine has managed the fulfillment of single-item as well as catalog continuity programs ranging in size from 10 thousand to 26 million incentive items. She also managed teleservices suppliers who handled over 6.5 million customer service calls a year. She managed customer satisfaction programs associated with this and 30 other fulfillment programs.
Prior to joining K&A, Jeanine was instrumental in the start-up of inbound consumer customer service for the largest packaged goods manufacturer in the world. She coordinated a team of 75 people including brand management, purchasing, media, advertising, outside consultants and four telemarketing and fulfillment suppliers.
She received a B.A. from Brooklyn College and is a member of the International Customer Service Association (ICSA) and the American Telemarketing Association (ATA). |
