As MRI General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Ms. Latz oversees MRI’s Legal Department and Human Resources. Ms. Latz has more than 20 years of experience with Great Plains Energy, Inc., and Kansas City Power and Light, where she held a number of leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary, and Chief Legal Officer. She is a member of both Missouri and Kansas City Bar associations.
