Jeanette came to MBS in 1996 as a seasoned loan closer from 6 years back. Serving MBS clients for 11 years, Jeanette has come to be a favorite amongst our veteran power-users. In 2004, Jeanette was promoted to Supervisor, and continues to exercise leadership in the compliance and investor program arena. Her main focus is to make certain that all of our Closers get immediate assistance in their daily operation, and that they have the loan programs they need, when they need them. Jeanette takes your questions, guides you through training, and is responsible for training new CSRs as we grow. Jeanette lives in Arlington with her husband, Scott, and her son, Bryan. |
