BACKGROUND: A shareholder in the Tampa office of GrayRobinson, Jeanette has been engaged in the practice of real estate law since 1985 and has represented clients across Florida in projects ranging from office and shopping centers to multi-family, industrial, healthcare and resort developments. Jeanette's practice involves acquisitions, sales, development, financing, leasing, property management, 1031 exchanges and title insurance. She represents a variety of private and public entities, including developers, real estate investment trusts, pension funds, insurance companies and tax-exempt entities. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Jeanette was a shareholder with Carlton Fields and spent 15 years in the firm's Tampa office.
