Ms. Litzler has been CFO since joining the Company in 1996. Ms. Litzler has the primary responsibility for treasury, planning and budget functions. She reviews the consolidated financial statements for each of the affiliated entities in accordance with GAAP and as required by various agreements. She is responsible for contract/agreement reporting and compliance, collection and litigation support and maintenance of financial relationships with funding sources. Ms. Litzler is a CPA with a background in public accounting and has served in financial management positions for regulated financial institutions, responsible for all financial, operations and servicing functions. Ms. Litzler holds a BS in accounting from Northern Arizona University. |
