Jean Marie McGilloway is the vice president of human resources for Tekmark Global Solutions. As such, her expertise is called upon for a variety of human resources areas to include strategic management, workforce and employment, benefit administration, and immigration. In this role, she is responsible for the creation and enforcement of company policies and procedures, the creation of domestic and international employee benefit programs, and all aspects of HR for all of TGS and its Affiliates, which spans over 1600 individuals annually.

Before being named to her current role, Ms. McGilloway held the position of director of human resources, where she was responsible for the day-to-day management of the department. She joined Tekmark in 2001 and has made improving operations and aligning strategic forces internally top priority. Ms. McGilloway’s team is responsible for assisting Employees and Consultants with inquiries throughout the course of their employment with TGS. This wide range of support calls for a staff of generalists and specialists alike.

Prior to her experience at Tekmark, Ms. McGilloway worked for a worldwide leader in the hospitality industry serving in a multitude of management roles. Ms. McGilloway graduated from Rutgers University and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
