Jean-Luc Valente, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Alliances, is based in Herndon, Virginia, InfoVista's American headquarters, and leads InfoVista's global marketing, indirect channels and strategic alliance initiatives. Mr. Valente drives initiatives to maximize the value of existing relationships in every operating region, consolidate and enhance current partner programs for greater efficiency, and establish new strategic relationships that best serve InfoVista's growth objectives, customer interests and market opportunities. Prior to joining InfoVista, Mr. Valente spent three years at RadioScape as Vice President and General Manager US. Before RadioScape, Mr. Valente was working in the wireless sector as an Executive in Residence with Atlas Venture, a leading international venture firm with over $2.1 billion under management. He was also employed with Viasoft (acquired by ASG) as Senior Vice President of Marketing where he contributed to the accelerated growth of the company from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Valente spent ten years with Computer Associates both in Europe and the United States with increasing responsibility to an international Vice President position in the company's information management division. Mr. Valente graduated from EFREI - Ecole d'Ingénieurs des Technologies de l'Information et du Management in Paris with an engineering degree in 1982. |
