Jayson Saba is responsible for research and analysis in the Human Capital Management practice. The area encompasses a bevy of technologies from enterprise-wide human resource systems to more specific solutions such as those addressing employee performance, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
Jayson came to Aberdeen from Fidelity Investments where he worked in the online tools development division. He helped launch a suite of self-service employee benefit tools such as contribution calculators, portfolio analysis / rebalancing tools, and retirement management solutions. Prior to Fidelity, Jayson spent a few years managing a family-owned business.
Jayson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of New Hampshire and has an MBA in Change Management from the McCallum Graduate School at Bentley College. |
