With a utility career spanning twenty-five years, Sid Severson has significant experience in debt restructuring and the management of all accounting and financial activities. He also serves Sunflower Electric Power Corporation as Executive Vice President and Cheif Financial Officer.Since comming to Sunflower in 1983, he has been responsible for the negotiation and administration of power sales and fuel supply contracts. While at Seminole Electric Cooperative, he managed their financing and treasury activities including a $1.1 billion RUS generation loan, pollution control financing, safe harbor, and leveraged leasing.A native of South Dakota, Severson is a 1974 graduate of Augustana College with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration. |
