Jayne Donahue is executive vice president and State Street's chief compliance officer. As such, she is responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of policies, guidelines and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations wherever State Street conducts business worldwide. She leads a team of more than 150 professionals focused on ensuring that globally State Street meets all regulatory requirements as well as continues to be a trusted partner for customers on these issues.
Prior to this, Ms. Donahue was deputy general auditor and had global internal audit responsibilities for Investor Services, State Street Global Advisors, Wealth Manager Services, Information Technology, and corporate staff functions. In addition, she had global oversight responsibility for SAS 70 and other internal control reviews, as well as relationship responsibility for the State Street Trust Company Canada Audit Committee.
Ms. Donahue joined State Street in 1996 from Citizens Bank, where she held the position of senior vice president and auditor.
Ms. Donahue graduated summa cum laude from Juniata College where she received her Bachelor of Science degree, and is also a Certified Bank Auditor and Certified Risk Professional.
