Aaron S. Jayman is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of Medical Malpractice Defense. Mr. Jayman is a member of the Cumberland County, Dauphin County, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Jayman has represented numerous health care providers in both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jayman practiced medical malpractice defense with Foulkrod Ellis, P.C. in Camp Hill, Pa. He was also an attorney examiner for the Pennsylvania Medical Professional Liability Catastrophe Loss Fund. Mr. Jayman graduated magna cum laude from Susquehanna University in 1997 with a B.A. in Political Science and with departmental honors. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2000, cum laude. Mr. Jayman resides in Dillsburg, Pa., with his wife, Erin, and daughter, Leah. He is a PIAA football official. |
