In his role as executive vice president of Catalina Marketing Manufacturer and Retail Services, Jay Parsons is responsible for all business development related to Catalina Marketing’s network in the U.S. Parsons brings nine years of Catalina Marketing sales management experience, along with ten prior years of experience in consumer packaged goods sales and marketing to this position.
Parsons joined Catalina Marketing in 1996 as a director of business development. During his tenure at Catalina Marketing, he has held the positions of Senior Vice President, business development U.S. manufacturer services, Vice President, General Manager U.S. manufacturer and Japan, and Executive Director, U.S. manufacturer services.
Prior to joining Catalina Marketing, Parsons worked for SmithKline Beecham Consumer holding positions such as Director NRT strategic team, senior category manager, division broker manager, division manager, area manager, field promotion manager, key account manager and territory manager.
Parsons has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts. He and his wife, Dana, reside in Tampa, Fla. |
