Jay Moore has been marketing high volume e-commerce, Internet and software companies since the early 1990s. With more than 15 years of management experience, Moore has built highly successful marketing programs that have led to the successes of multiple companies. Prior to PlayPhone, Moore led consumer marketing and e-commerce for Expedia’s luxury division, Classic Vacations.
Prior to Expedia, Moore served as vice president and general manager of end user business at Portrait Displays, where he was responsible for marketing their consumer business and earned Graphic Design Magazine’s Best In-House Advertising Campaign of 2004. Prior to Portrait Displays, Moore was a co-founder of LetsTalk.com, and was responsible for program and product marketing, production, merchandising, Web site design and operations. Preceding LetsTalk, Moore was the group manager of software commerce at Netscape Communications Corporation. As one of the key members of the NetCenter Commerce Team, he helped develop and implement the core e-commerce strategies for the Netscape Web site. Before Netscape, Moore served as direct marketing manager of the Internet Shopping Network and as an account executive at the Leo Burnett Company. Moore holds a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University, a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York. |
