Jay Lang is the Vice President, Commercial Finance & Strategic Development. Prior to joining MachineryLink, Inc. in 2003, Jay was Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for Nations Media Partners, a boutique investment bank specializing in rural telecommunications including DBS-Satellite, Rural Local Exchange Carriers, wireless telecommunications companies and wireless towers. During his tenure at Nations Media he completed over 150 transactions with a total volume of $2.5 billion. In addition Jay was the Financial Operations Principal for NMP Capital, a registered securities broker-dealer. He has held positions with Clark, Mize & Linville and Deloitte and Touche. He holds BBA (summa cum laude) and a JD (with honors) from Washburn University. Jay is also Certified Public Accountant and member of the Kansas Bar. |
