Jay brings to iStor over 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience. He has been a world recognized technology consultant specializing in the network storage industry for both private and NASDAQ listed organizations. Prior to joining iStor Networks, Kramer was Chairman of the ILM Summit which is a leading source of information on the topics of ILM and SOX regulatory compliance. His background includes the emergence of Infinity I/O Inc. as a leading provider of storage network education, training, and certification. Prior to joining Infinity I/O, Jay was VP of Marketing for Creative Design Solutions, Inc., an OEM provider of Network Attached Storage (NAS) technology, VP of Marketing for Maxtor Corporation in Milpitas CA which acquired CDS and Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development for the Storage Systems Division of Unisys in Mission Viejo CA. In this position, Kramer directed their Fibre channel and storage networking business initiatives. Kramer has also served the network storage industry in a number of leadership positions over the last decade. He was previously elected to the Board of Directors of the Fibre Channel Industry Association for 7 years running and served as the first CFO for the organization. He continues to serve in an advisory position with leading technology conferences such as the Flash Memory Summit and Data Protection Summit. Jay holds dual degrees in Marketing and Finance from The Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. |
