Jay Kloosterboer is Executive Vice President of Business Excellence. Jay joined AES in 2003 as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to AES, Jay held senior Human Resources roles at Honeywell International in their Automation and Controls, Aerospace and Automotive Businesses. Jay's experience also includes a variety of assignments with Morgan Stanley and General Electric.
He holds an MA in Engineering Psychology from New Mexico State University and a BA in Psychology from Marquette University. |
