Jay Huff, M.D. is Vice President of Clinical Development at XenoPort in Santa Clara, California. Dr. Huff has been a consultant to several biotechnology companies and has previously held vice president positions at Renovis and NeoTherapeutics. He was also Principle Investigator and President of the Advancing Treatment Clinic in Laguna Hills, California, from 1999 to 2003. Dr. Huff was an executive at Hoechst-Marion-Roussel Pharmaceuticals from 1989 to 1998, rising to the position of Vice President of Global Therapeutic Area Neuroscience. He has held several medical faculty positions, most recently as Clinical Professor of Neurology at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Huff completed clinical and research fellowships at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. |
