Jay brings over 30 years of technology experience to SkyBitz's technical architecture and development, and is the driving force behind ensuring continuing technology differentiation for the company. Previously, Jay served as chief scientist for Ellipso Mobile Satellite System, with overall technical responsibility and authority for design, development, and system technical success. Jay was also chief scientist for Virtual Geosatellite, with overall technical responsibility for design and implementation of an advanced, high bandwidth global Internet delivery satellite system. Earlier, he worked for more than 14 years for the MITRE Corporation in advanced wireless system engineering. He holds two bachelor’s of science degrees from Washington University, an MSEE from George Washington University, and an master’s business administration from UVA's Darden School. |
