Jay M. Fuller is a Managing Director of Vertice the wholesale mortgage division of Wachovia Securities. He provides strategic consulting related to sales process and loan production. Mr. Fuller was formerly responsible for Production at American Mortgage Network which was acquired by Wachovia in 2005. Prior to joining AmNet he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Victoria Mortgage. Previously Mr. Fuller served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at American Residential Mortgage Corporation prior to its purchase by Chase Manhattan Bank in 1994. In 1993 American Residential Mortgage had a servicing portfolio of some $16 billion and loan origination of $9 billion. As a member of the AmRes management team Mr. Fuller played a key role in starting the company after a management buyout from its former parent First Nationwide Bank. He was directly involved in a number of major initiatives including the growth of the $16 billion servicing portfolio improvements in technology for better productivity and service and initial and second public offerings.
Mr. Fuller has also served as Senior Vice President Product Administration for Shearson/American Express Mortgage where he held a number of management positions. Mr. Fuller attended California State University Fullerton. |
