Jay is a partner in our Real Estate Department. Jay has significant experience in an array of sophisticated real estate matters including the sale, acquisition and financing of commercial properties, retail and office leasing and commercial lending transactions.
Jay is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of major real estate transactions taking place locally and nationally. He regularly reviews, negotiates and prepares transactional and financing documents and conducts closings in connection with the sale, acquisition and financing of all types of commercial properties. Jay also regularly reviews, negotiates and prepares retail and office leases for regional landlords, national and regional retail tenants and corporate clients in connection with commercial leasing transactions throughout the United States. He also has significant experience in all facets of commercial lending transactions from inception through closing.
Jay received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton (cum laude) in 1995 and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1998, where he was Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. In 2008, Jay was recognized by Long Island Business News in its Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate edition. He is admitted to the New York State Bar. |
