Mr. Jay Knoll is Vice President and General Counsel of Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ECD Ovonics). Prior to joining ECD Ovonics in 2006, Mr. Knoll was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Collins & Aikman Corporation. Mr. Knoll has held positions at Lear Corporation, Covisint LLC, Visteon Corporation, and Detroit Diesel Corporation.
Mr. Knoll holds a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and has a J.D. degree from the Wayne State University School of Law. |
