Jay Adams, President and Owner of Adams, Inc. His background includes being a graduate from Iowa State University at Ames, IA with a degree in Agricultural Business in 1979. After briefly farming and later training as an Agricultural Loan Officer in banking, he founded Adams, Inc. in January 1983. The company has grown from one to over 24 employees. Jay successfully passed the certification test issued by the National Association of Personnel Services in order to become a CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant).
