Since 2004, Mr. Wolf has served as a Managing Director of Trinad Capital, L.P., an activist hedge fund. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Wolf served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Wolf Group Integrated Communications Ltd., a marketing communications firm, where he was responsible for the company’s acquisition program. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Wolf was employed by Canadian Corporate Funding, Ltd., a Toronto-based merchant bank in the senior debt department and, subsequently by Trillium Growth Capital, the firm’s venture capital fund.
