Javier Rubio is an experienced consultant who previously served as president Europe and Latin America of DiamondCluster International. As CEO of Cluster Consulting Rubio drove the firm from an initial group of partners to more than 490 professionals with nine offices across Europe and North and South America. Rubio is a respected voice in the telecom industry across Europe having successfully led numerous start-up operations there. Rubio’s expertise in telecom ranges from mobile satellite and fixed network to CATV. He has worked on multiple assignments for a variety of Fortune 500 companies (AT&T Vodafone AirTouch Ericsson and British Telecom) leading them through top strategic decision making. Prior to founding Cluster Consulting he worked for the MAC Group (Gemini Consulting) and Monitor Company.
