Javier Jiménez is a partner with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, S.C. in Mexico City and a partner with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP (New York).
Mr. Jiménez joined the Firm as an associate in 1993 after completing a one-year clerkship at the Supreme Tribunal of Justice of Mexico City. Mr. Jiménez has experience in corporate transactions, privatizations, project finance and arbitration. His project finance experience includes oil industry projects involving crude oil storage facilities (including offshore storage facilities), gasoline storage facilities, LPG storage facilities and natural gas pipelines, as well as various transactions in the power industry.
Mr. Jiménez has taught law at the Universidad Latinoamericana in Mexico City.
