Securities Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Javier worked at Lowenstein Sandler PC in Roseland, N.J., where he was an associate in that firm’s corporate department.
Javier’s practice primarily involves working with public and private companies in various industries on a full range of corporate matters. He has worked on private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
In General. Prior to attending law school, Javier was assistant vice president for the U.S. Corporate Division of The Mitsui Trust & Banking Company’s New York Branch. In that position, he managed credits and accounts in real estate, U.S. corporate and Latin American investments.
Javier earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Princeton University and was a member of the Latin American Studies Program. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark.
Javier is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
